En la tertulia con el Teniente Coronel Juan Carlos Cabria, del laboratorio de Biología Molecular del área NBQ del ITM Instituto Tecnológico La Marañosa que con motivo de su participación en el III Seminario internacional sobre Bioseguridad nos resumió el estado de la cuestión en guerra bacteriológica desde los sucesos del Antrax en 2011.Destacó la importancia de que los científicos tengan formación antropológica que les faciliten hacer siempre un uso humano recto de la Ciencia.
